- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- GPA of 2.75
- Completion of OTA interview that demonstrates positive qualities
- Completion of a First Aid course prior to enrollment
- Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Completion of pre-requisite courses* indicated by program. Classes must have a C grade or better achieved.
- Passage of a criminal background check.
