Although MCAT preparation is in full swing for many aspiring medical school students, there are plenty of opportunities for you to take note of the upcoming MCAT registration dates and MCAT test dates for 2017.
You can register for the MCAT online through the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). Be sure to secure a spot early, as seats will quickly fill as testing dates approach.
While the times for each test will be slightly varied, the majority of exams are held at 8am, 1pm or 2pm.
Try to arrive at your exam location roughly 30 minutes prior to test time, and don’t be alarmed if the test center isn’t open yet. If you arrive any time after the exam has begun, you will NOT be allowed to test. However, due to the individual check-in process associated with many exams, you might end up beginning your exam up to 30 minutes past the scheduled time. Don’t forget an up-do-date personal identification (like a license) as well.
