- Completion pre-reqs before time of application submission (Minimum 90 semester hours in undergrad)
- Minimum 30 hours of dental-related work experience (paid or volunteer)
- Admission of DAT scores (Canadian scores not accepted)
- Proof of legal residency
- Either one letter of recommendation from undergraduate institution’s pre-professional committee, OR one letter from a dentist or professor and two letters from science professors.
