Undergraduate Degree Programs for Associate of Science & Bachelor of Science Admission Requirements:
- At least one year of completed study with a minimum of 30 credits before enrollment
- $35 application fee
- Personal goal statement
- Three letters of academic and/or professional recommendation
- Official HS or GED transcripts, college transcripts if applicable
- Life Sciences Only – SAT/ACT scores submission
- Radiography Program Only – Transcripts showing completion of:
- Anatomy & Physiology (4 units)
- Elementary Algebra (3 units)
- English Composition (3 units)
- Medical Terminology (3 units)
Post-Bachelor Certificate Programs Admission Requirements:

Master of Public Health in Urban Public Health Admission Requirements:

- Interest in contributing to the field of public health
- How one’s interests align with the mission of the CDU Urban Public Health Program
- Career objectives
- Sell-assessment of general skills
- Three letters of recommendation, at least one being an academic reference.

Master of Science in Nursing Admission Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
