  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • GPA of 2.75
  • Completion of OTA interview that demonstrates positive qualities
  • Completion of a First Aid course prior to enrollment
  • Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
  • Completion of pre-requisite courses* indicated by program. Classes must have a C grade or better achieved.
  • Passage of a criminal background check.
