Overview of Foundational Concept 4, Category 4A
Displacement, velocity and acceleration are terms than can be used to describe the motion of any object. Objects speed up when they are subjected to outside forces. Objects are at equilibrium when the net force and the net torque action upon the object is at zero. In all living systems, the energy required for motion is derived from the metabolism of fuel molecules. This is all information you will be tested on as part of category 4A within foundational concept 4.
